Plot: After the loss of life of his mother and father Rockabilly Tejano Mark Torres results in his child years livestock farm for the Shiny Lighting of the Big City. His child years buddy Tom places Mark up in a squalid community of drugs, gangs and damaged goals. Mark quickly discovers out Tom is in strong to the regional gangs and battles to help his buddy break away. He discovers comfort in regional lady, Lil' Bit, but as the relationship flowers Mark discovers himself experienced by the community hoodlum, Capone (Danny Trejo) who operates Lil' Bit. Now experienced with a medication dependent best buddy, an upset hoodlum and his girlfriend’s independence, Mark must make some hard choices.
